The Capability Building Model
This model describes how Ako Aotearoa will manage and implement the ALNACC PLD offerings.
It contains six focus areas:
- Governance
- Strategy
- Content
- Delivery
- Collaboration
- Communities of Professional Learning
Key features and strategic objectives have been defined for each of these focus areas.
The purpose of this model is to lift educational capability and improve parity of outcomes for Māori and Pacific learners.
