This project investigated the online learning experiences of Te Pūkenga-BCITO (Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation) apprentices, focusing on understanding the influence of technology, barriers, and facilitators to digital learning, the correlation between low literacy/numeracy skills and digital literacy, and proposing enhancements for a digital environment to optimise support for workplace learning.
