Professor Margaret Mutu discusses racism within the New Zealand tertiary education sector and how embedding the principles and values of Te Tiriti o Waitangi along with He Whakaputanga and the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples require actions that will address the current situation in order to eliminate it.
