Project Details
A two-year action research project to improve student representation in short courses and lower-level courses. A partnership between New Zealand Union of Students’ Associations (NZUSA) and Waiariki Institute of Technology.
Aims:
The project aims to:
- identify the barriers restricting participation in short courses and lower-level courses
- develop strategies, methods and good practices to overcome the barriers
- share insights and learnings across the sector.
Methodology:
The project methodology includes:
- focus groups
- development and testing of strategies
- rolling strategies out into courses.
