Assessment is the foundation of effective instructional practice. It informs both the educator and learner of the strengths the learner has, where they need support, how to plan for learning, and what activities will be most effective. The Literacy and Numeracy for Adults Assessment Tool (LNAAT) has much to offer Workplace LLN educators in this respect.

This workshop covers how to read and interpret the LNAAT reports, how to design effective plans, target specific needs, and select suitable activities.
