The analysis identifies the language, literacy and numeracy needed in a specific workplace, for a specific role or a specific task. It includes the analysis of LLN domains (reading, vocabulary, measurement), and identifies the complexity of such tasks on a Learning Progressions framework. This information is then used to inform the development of learning goals, learning plans and instructional strategies.
In this workshop we will discuss a methodology for conducting a Workplace LLN needs analysis and developing a plan.
