This report summarises the key findings from a project that investigated the work experiences of early career academics at eight New Zealand universities.
The study aimed to find out which factors influence the productivity and satisfaction of early career academics in New Zealand universities, and to identify what resources and support might be necessary to enhance the academic career experience of those just starting out.
A set of resources has been developed to support early career academics and anyone involved in supporting them.
