A professional development/support model for all teachers
This report documents the development and evaluation of the Reflective Practice Project – an eight week professional development programme in which teachers are supported in their reflective practice by a teaching mentor. The model uses pre-designed meeting templates to prompt the teacher’s reflective practice, and to monitor the teaching mentors input.
Supporting documentation for implementing this model is included in the accompanying management guide for those looking to adapt or implement a similar programme for their organisation.
