Supporting Pacific Peoples’ participation in the New Zealand Horticulture Industry

A horticulture foundation programme for Pasifika people would make them work-ready, so that they understand the skill requirements of the industry, and would enable them to become familiar with the industry’s training culture.

This report describes good practice for the delivery of such a programme to Pasifika students, as well as containing recommendations for appropriate content, resources and professional development for staff associated with the programme.
