Inducting industry trainers for success
The Induction pack for trainers resource contains a series of templates designed to assist your work as a trainer and guide the induction of new vocational educators in their first weeks in the role.
The concept is that an organisational trainer or staff developer can use the materials in a series of face-to-face sessions with individuals or small groups of new teachers to assist their transition from industry to the classroom.
The resource is very much a trainer’s starter-kit and is not intended to take the place of a comprehensive adult teaching and learning course or qualification.
